Position Title: In-House Call Coach/Trainer

As the Call Coach/Trainer, you will play a critical role in elevating the performance of our loan officers by providing targeted feedback, training, and support on client-facing calls. You’ll analyze conversations, identify coaching opportunities, and help team members refine their tone, messaging, and delivery to drive trust, conversion, and client satisfaction.

Work hours: M-T 9am-6pm, F 9am-4pm
Here’s What You Will Do:

Supervise and coach loan officers and processors handling high-volume lead activity; provide regular feedback through side-by-side call monitoring, scripting review, and daily huddles to drive performance and accountability.

Develop call scripts, objection-handling guides, and tone/style best practices.

Stay current on mortgage industry trends, compliance standards, and communication techniques.

Assist in onboarding new loan officers and processors to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
-
3+ years in mortgage lending, sales coaching, or call center quality assurance.

Strong understanding of mortgage terminology, client lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.

Exceptional communication and training skills – both verbal and written.

Empathetic, constructive coaching style with a knack for motivating others.

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
