Here’s What You Will Do:

  • Pick up the phone, break the ice and turn strangers into loyal clients – one call at a time.
  • Pinpoint their goals, tailor the plan, and make home financing feel personal and powerful.
  • Own the client experience—respond, resolve, and report like a pro.
  • Clarify mortgage details—from terms and rates to fees and choices—to empower
    informed decisions.
  • Break down the numbers, size up the situation, and match each client with the loan that
    fits like a glove.
  • Tap into every source—marketing, referrals, and your own grind—and follow up like the
    closer you are.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with underwriting and processing teams to drive accurate and
    on-time loan decisions.

Qualifications

  • Active MLO license or previous work experience as an MLO.
  • Proven experience in mortgage lending, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to confidently engage potential clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of loan origination systems and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal and state mortgage lending regulations.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
