Here’s What You Will Do:
- Pick up the phone, break the ice and turn strangers into loyal clients – one call at a time.
- Pinpoint their goals, tailor the plan, and make home financing feel personal and powerful.
- Own the client experience—respond, resolve, and report like a pro.
- Clarify mortgage details—from terms and rates to fees and choices—to empower
informed decisions. - Break down the numbers, size up the situation, and match each client with the loan that
fits like a glove. - Tap into every source—marketing, referrals, and your own grind—and follow up like the
closer you are. - Coordinate seamlessly with underwriting and processing teams to drive accurate and
on-time loan decisions.
Qualifications
- Active MLO license or previous work experience as an MLO.
- Proven experience in mortgage lending, sales, or a related field.
- Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to confidently engage potential clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of loan origination systems and CRM tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with federal and state mortgage lending regulations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
